Smart Corner is a 19 story, 301-unit mixed-use condominium tower exemplifying the best principles of Smart Growth and Transit Oriented Development. Library Tower is a 168-unit, 42-story mixed-use residential/retail condominium tower designed by the world renowned and award winning architectural firm Austin Veum Robbins Partners. The tall and slender design represents the modern ideal of urban living. It incorporates residential living and retail space within the 35,000 s.f. site. The residential tower provides distant views and features one, two, and three bedroom units. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool atop ground floor retail space, generous balconies and exercise facilities. The tower is rotated to align itself with the diagonal arm of the “Bay to Park Link,” a $40 million public-improvement project that will link the city’s two dominant natural features: Balboa Park and the San Diego Bay.
