Value Added: Developed an urban master plan program for the centrally located site, based off traffic impacts that allows for future development flexibility in order to appropriately meet new space needs in the future of La Mesa. Initiated a transparent grass roots community outreach effort that engaged the locals and business owners early in the development process.
