UHP’s Role: Provided local development management services for Developers. Prepared Project Feasibility studies, and financing request packages. Performed initial due diligence on market conditions for Developer and Equity Investors. Provided marketing studies, research and marketing positioning studies for floor plan and amenity designs. Secured a sales office, and provided all Sales and Marketing management functions. Guided all entitlement and permitting functions with the Centre City Development Corporation and the City of San Diego. Maintain property pending the start of construction.
