UHP’s Role: UHP principals served as President and Senior VP for the San Diego Division.  Managed all functions for land acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, financing, sales and marketing, and HOA management.

Value Added: Expanded the site and density from 37 units to 109 units through a successful eminent domain action and partnership with Centre City Redevelopment Corporation (CCDC).
