UHP’s Role: Provide Urban development management services for suburban developer. Consulted with Project Manager on a regular basis to provide expertise for a one-year sell out of a just finished apartment. Functions included direction on Unit finishes, Amenities, Common Areas, Models, pricing, HOA, Builder Warranty, Phasing, and City regulations. Project was completed and sold out within one year.
