Sherman D. Harmer, Jr. is a highly respected 35-year veteran and outspoken authority of the homebuilding industry. His experience and dedication has lead to many public roles while managing his private sector duties.

Mr. Harmer’s expertise served him well as the 2004 President of the California Building Industry Association (CBIA), an association of more than 6,000 companies in the homebuilding industry. The entity has taken on numerous roles since its inception and today offers a variety of services for prospective downtown homebuyers and the residential development community.
