Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant
Mindy Mar joined Urban Housing Partners in 2007 as a marketing coordinator and provides executive support for Mr. Sherm Harmer and his team. She assists in the development and marketing of new home projects Urban Housing Partners oversees including Smart Corner and Sapphire Tower. Mindy also lends her marketing and management experience to the DRMA (Downtown Residential Marketing Alliance), actively assisting with meeting minutes, scheduling, event planning and marketing strategies.
Prior Experience: (Chronological Order)
Prior to her joining the UHP team, she was affiliated with Urban Real Estate Services, Inc., as a licensed realtor, marketing coordinator, and sales associate. She has sales experience in resale and new homes, with projects including Sapphire Tower and Library Tower. Mindy has over 12 years of marketing, sales and management experience in various fields including real estate, healthcare, food & beverage, hospitality, talent and publication. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and her Doctorate degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences. Upon completing her Doctorate degree, Mindy took post-graduate courses with concentrations in marketing, communication and business development.
As a business owner, Mindy oversaw and managed the development of a thriving healthcare practice, San Diego Center for Health, prior to her career in real estate development. As the Marketing & PR Director for nearly four years, Mindy has extensive experience in public relations, editorial, account acquisitions, client services, direct mail campaigns and event planning. Mindy also has professional association with several marketing, advertising and public relations firms, representing local, regional and national cliental. Mindy also has previous experience as a regional sales & marketing manager and talent scout for various modeling agencies throughout Southern California.
