Kimberly Stouffer
Marketing Director

Kimberly Stouffer joined Urban Housing Partners in January 2006, as Marketing Director of their downtown San Diego developments.  A previous Advertising Account Manager with a local San Diego marketing agency that specialized in the development of marketing and advertising programs for the real estate marketplace, Stouffer managed the campaigns of two local urban properties for Barratt American, Seahaus La Jolla and Metrome. Metrome, a mid-rise project in the East Village, went on to receive a GRAND SAM Award for marketing excellence in 2005. She has worked on branding and positioning for clients in Colorado and California from masterplan communities to urban infill and condo hotel for Hard Rock Hotel San Diego.

Prior to her arrival to San Diego four years ago, Stouffer started her career in Florida and worked with several Southeast homebuilders and developers. Her client's included Morrison Homes of Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa and Sarasota and Centex Homes South Atlanta. Stouffer's responsibilities include account service for several clients, lead/direct clients, promotions, direct mail campaigns, account coordination, assisting the development and concept of new ad campaigns, and event planning.

Stouffer also worked as an account executive in the Public Relations Division of Yesawich, Pepperdine & Brown, an international marketing communications firm based in Orlando, FL. Her expertise in Internet marketing assists YP&B's hospitality, travel and leisure industry clients throughout North America, Mexico, and Central and South America. Stouffer's expertise in internet communications and systems related to communicating travel-related news to both consumers and the travel trade has distinguished her work for YP&B's hospitality, travel and leisure clients.

Of particular interest to lodging hospitality, Stouffer has authored articles exploring the future of hotel design and in-room services. Employing quantified information from the respected Yesawich, Pepperdine & Brown/Yankelovich Partners Travel Monitor family of research studies with technical trend information, her articles have painted a picture of how hotel operations are being changed by technology and what hotel rooms and operations may look like as the new millennium continues to unfold. Additional past work experience includes public relations for other Orlando based PR firms with national clientele.

Stouffer is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she earned a B.A. in Organizational Communications and has been working in the fields of Advertising and Public Relations for seven years.
