Jacob D. Schwartz
Development Associate
Mr. Schwartz coordinates with many of the entities involved in the different stages of the development process. In the conceptual stages of a project he conducts the in depth market & project feasibility studies that are used to direct design decision and product positioning. As a project progresses through the entitlement process and into implementation, Mr. Schwartz assists in team management and tactical coordination. As an integral member of the team, he develops and maintains sophisticated financial models which are used to guide the decisions of development team and project owners. His experience in commercial real estate finance complements his role of creating the marketing materials used to sell projects and acquire financing.
Prior Experience:
Prior to joining Urban Housing Partners, Inc., Jacob worked with Johnson Capital, a nationally known real estate investment bank / capital advisory firm. While there, he gained experience as a commercial real estate loan analyst. He was exposed to many different product types and assisted senior officers in a variety of loan submissions. Prior to Johnson Capital, Jacob gained experience with large real estate transactions as an analyst at Silver Portal Capital, a real estate investment bank.
