The teams combined experience includes the successful development of a full range of products including: affordable and workforce housing, modern urban lofts, and upscale luxury penthouses.

The firm was founded by two industry leaders: Sherman D. Harmer and Michael Dunham. Both Sherm and Mike are long-time veterans of the home building industry. They have over 60 years of combined development experience and have led the development of over 15,000 homes through out Southern California and San Diego County.

UHP has earned a solid reputation for partnering with the lead developer and guiding the development team through the different stages of the development process. UHP’s leadership helps maintain the momentum of the development process beginning with conceptual stages; moving through project financing; through project development & construction management; and into marketing and sell out.

The corporate team includes: a California State Licensed General Contractor, a California State licensed Real Estate Broker, and experienced associates who effectively facilitate all phases of the development cycle. The firm has overseen the development of many urban mixed-use projects in the Downtown San Diego market, as well as other San Diego County area.
